We can offer this service for free thanks to our partners SIDNfonds - who want to make the internet stronger and safer - and Zynyo - who help with their signing service to save time, paper, scan, print and send by mail. With DigieSign, everyone can now experience the benefits of legally digitally signed and securely electronically sealed documents!

DigieSign is GDPR compliant and delivers free digital signatures according to European legislation (EU) Nr. 910/2014. Each DigieSigned document is supplied with a Signing Act with proof by whom, when and how the document was signed, including a certified time stamp and an electronic seal. This electronic sealing is done with a so-called EU-qualified PKI certificate. When the signed PDF document is opened in Adobe Reader, the validity of the electronic seal and the certificate becomes visible. If the original signed document is modified by one of the signatories, the electronic seal is broken and the document and thus the signature invalid.

DigieSign - pronounce: "digie iesain" - is the abbreviation for "Digital eSignature". The official term used in the new European eIDAS legislation for trust services. DigieSign provides a free and secure online legal valid digital signature service. This is made possible in part by SIDNfonds and Zynyo. Both companies have the ambition to make the internet stronger and safer for everyone! With the support of the partners, everyone can now make free use of this legally valid and reliable digital signature service that comes with a Signing Act, certified time stamp and electronic seal of the document with an EU qualified PKI certificate.

The DigieSign partners SIDNfonds and Zynyo strive for a stronger and safer internet for everyone. DigieSign therefore complies with GDPR legislation and the information security policy of the signing service has been ISO 27001 certified by external auditor Digitrust. DigieSign applies a "zero footprint" policy. The data you use to DigieSign a document is only used for the signing process and only ends up with you and the invited signers. Once the signing process is complete, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers and all their backup servers.

DigieSign uses functional and technical cookies that are required for the online signing service. DigieSign does not have to request permission for these cookies and they are placed as standard. To offer you the best user experience and to inform you as well as possible, we would like to know how you use our website. We also use so-called analytical cookies, a small file that is stored in your web browser. That information is anonymous. This means that your IP address and surfing behavior remain completely anonymous. Because of this we can never trace you personally.
